operate with material fully immersed in dyeing
liquor, liquor flow through the material is bi-directional for
perfect dyeing quality by using axial flow turbo pump, Specially
designed for package dyeing application. Liquor flow direction
is reversed automatically at preset time intervals from inside
to outside and outside to inside of textile material during
dyeing
Our Basic Machines Includes:-
Main Kier, Additional Tank, Pipe Lines and base frame, Internal
Heating Coil / Electrical Heater, Back Weight / Piston,
Stainless steel turbo Main Pump with motor, High Pressure
Injection Pump with Motor, Automatic/Manual Water - Inlet, Water
- Outlet, Steam Valves & Required Manual Valves, Over Flow
Rinsing, Air pad Inlet, Safety Valve, Sample Pot with required
Valves, Cheese Carrier with Gravity Lock nut/ Fibre Carrier with
Locking Device, Control Panel DP 01 / DP 02 Programmer etc.

Optional Supply: Fully Automation (Extra Carriers,

1. VESSEL &
REVERSAL OF FLOW |
HT/HP Package Yarn
Dyeing Machines are made out of corrosion and chemical resistant
stainless steel grade SS 316 / 316 L and maximum working
pressure of 4.5 Kg/Cm² and working temperature 140 ̊C |
2. PUMP AND
MOTOR |
The Machine will be
supplied with turbo main pump with motor, injection pump with
motor |
3. LOCK |
The easy operated
single lever lock (One touch locking device) provided. |
4. THE SAFETY |
Not last but the
first the pressure bound structures all designed with thick
material pressure welded and checked for withstand ability
against 3 times the operational pressure and 1.75 times the
operational temperature. Suitable safety valves provided and
more to avoid human error, Suitable safety check lever pin and
safe chain provided, Pressure Switch with Valves will be

If any manual error tends to happen a siren hooter raises
efficient alarm audible to a vast distance to prevent mishap. A
limit switch co-ordinate system, senses the pressure in the
machine, and if any human tress pass occurs (or) tends to open
the machine with pressure, it shut down the total system and
avoid accident. (the system optional). |
5.
HEATING/COOLING |
Indirect heating
coil is fitted inside the vessel, made out of 316 / 316 L
seamless pipe to prevent leakages and more life. Same coil is
used for cooling purpose also. Heating gradient 25° C – 130° C.
Approximate: 5° C per minutes. (Dry saturated steam pressure at
7 Bar). Cooling gradient 130° C - 85° C approximate: 3.5° C per
minutes. (Cooling water of 3 Bar 25° C) |
6. PIPELINE &
HARDWARE |
Pipeline flanges
are in stainless steel construction and hardware will be S.S
quality. |
7. SERVICE TANK |
S.S. Tank connected
with injection pump and main kier for addition of Colour and
chemical. |
8. CONTROL PANEL |
Control panel will
be provided with all essential switches, indicating lamps and
automatic change over of out-in/in-out flow digital temperature
Indicator-cum controller. |
9. PRESSURE OF
MACHINE |
Machine is designed
with built in Air pad system to develop Pressure in dyeing kier. |
10. PRESSURE GAUGE |
For indicating
inside out and outside in pressure gauge are fitted on dye
vessel. |
11. LIQUOR RATIO |
In machine liquor
ratio will be 1:3.5 (Air Pad System) & 1:5.5 (Fully flooded)
(Required by Customer). |
